2009 Neighborhood Needs, Resources and Assets Survey

In order to help the WNA Board of Directors better serve the Witherbee Neighborhood, we are asking you if you live in the neighborhood, to complete the following survey. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Fred Freytag at 430-6658 or by e-mail at survey@witherbeena.org. To assist the WNA Board with making good use of the survey it would be helpful if you included your name and contact information. If you choose not to answer some questions, we understand.
